Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our permanent Carmichael, California team. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 35 hours per week, and competitive pay of $45–$48 per hour at a 178-bed facility.

You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve mobility, balance, and independence, while maintaining timely clinical documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
