Day Shift M - F, 5 x 8s. 8:30am to 5pm. 1 year experience. No Call. This is an outpatient role.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients to improve mobility and relieve pain.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable progress milestones.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions to maximize recovery.
  • Document assessments, treatments, and progress in electronic health records.
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in care delivery.
  • Collaborate with care teams to coordinate therapy within patient care plan.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with therapies and best practices.
  • Demonstrate reliability by meeting daily patient targets and scheduling benchmarks.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to pipeline-based metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance clinic workflow.
  • Contribute to a high-visibility environment by documenting and communicating results clearly.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Licensed physical therapist with active state license and accreditation.
  • Experience assessing and treating mobility impairments with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans with clear milestones and progress metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards in therapy.
