Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a licensed physical therapist in Tucson, AZ for a 26-week W-2 contract. You will deliver individualized outpatient physical therapy, assess mobility and function, and educate patients.

Job description

Total Compensation: $42.88–$45.40/hour*

Assignment Overview

• Tucson, AZ 85745; 26-week W-2 contract; 1 opening.
• Day shifts; no call listed. Final roster is confirmed before acceptance.
• The hourly equivalent uses a 40-hour planning week. The usual schedule is 40 hours, with a 32-hour holiday-week guarantee.
• Start date confirmed with the facility after clearance.

What You Bring

Current Arizona physical therapist authorization, an accredited physical therapy degree and relevant outpatient experience.

Prior permanent or PRN employment within the past year may affect eligibility; prior work history and final clearance requirements are reviewed before acceptance.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$22.52. Separate eligible traveler reimbursement: $915.23 per week.
