Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking California-licensed Physical Therapists to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients progress toward goals at our Sacramento-area sites.

You will work with physicians and the rehabilitation team, provide hands-on care, and teach patients and caregivers how to continue treatment at home. Full-time positions with ongoing opportunities within a supportive PT team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare or a physical rehabilitation setting.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using appropriate tests and measures to identify their needs and goals.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on each patient’s condition and progress.
• Guide patients through exercises, stretches, and therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and self-care programs.

From hiring team:

We have a GREAT PT team. This group is a diverse, friendly, and cooperative team made up of seasoned professionals and recent grads. We have outstanding facilities located at Greenhaven (my address) and Auburn Blvd (both in the greater Sacramento Area). We are looking for full-time Physical Therapists and they do need to be licensed and their license needs to be in good standing. If someone is a recent grad who is in the process of attaining their license, we are interested. If someone's salary requirements are slightly over our salary band, we are interested...however, we are not interested in completely restructuring compensation so if some is not remotely near our salary band, then they probably aren't a good candidate for us. We are currently evaluating some other incentive plans for PT but they have not been rolled out yet.
