Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy in Buckeye, AZ seeks a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join a supportive team handling orthopedic and neuro cases. The role is full-time, in-person at our Buckeye clinic, with a bright facility and modern equipment to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 20770 W Market St suite 106 Buckeye, AZ 85396

Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
