Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient care at our Phoenix location. The role involves treating a wide range of patients, all joints and ages, in a supportive, open-floor setting alongside an experienced team including neuro therapy.

Compensation includes a salaried starting at $80,000+ with sign-on bonus and student loan repayment options. The position emphasizes mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a strong focus on growth within a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Incentives: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (1 evening until 7 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
