Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)
Sign-on bonuses available
Job Location: 60 Old New Milford Road, Brookfield CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will discuss schedule during interview.)

Dedicated Therapy Aides to assist with patient care, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional physical therapy outcomes.
You’ll achieve success by:
Reviewing patients medical history
Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes
Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Connecticut
CPR and first aid certification required
Must be familiar with treating general orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacements, and geriatrics cases.
