Your Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy and guided therapeutic excercise
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and recovery goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referring providers about treatment goals and progress
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to collaborate on patient care strategies
• Help identify and support opportunities for clinic growth and patient engagement
• Stay current with physical therapy best practices, techniques, and compliance requirements
• Promote patient adherence to home exercise programs and self-care strategies

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dry Needling certification or in the process of obtaining itpreferred
• Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling
