Job summary

Sports Physical Therapy in Bellingham is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions in an open-gym, movement-focused clinic.

You will work closely with the Clinic Director, coaching exercise, progression, and using objective tools to guide care. Structured onboarding and regular 1:1 check-ins support growth and autonomy for new grads and experienced therapists alike.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in WA required.

SPT - Bellingham | Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports PT

SPT Bellingham is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment. We combine efficient systems with objective testing, progressive rehab, and hands-on care to deliver high-quality treatment in a collaborative, team-based setting.

You will work closely with the Clinic Director, treating a balanced mix of general orthopedic and athletic patients while developing your skills in a sports/function-forward clinic.

Your first 30 days include structured onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions with the Clinic Director, and gradual independence so you are supported, not thrown in.

Job Description

What You Will Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• Productivity bonus eligibility
