Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Bolingbrook, IL team. You will work with a diverse caseload, providing one-on-one care, personalized treatment plans, and hands-on therapy designed to improve function and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in private practice or outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, mobility, strength, and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goals.
• Provide hands‑on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes.
