Job summary

Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Cedar City-area team. You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to support independence and safe daily living.

You’ll have autonomy, flexible part-time and PRN scheduling, and ongoing professional growth. A Utah OT license and AOTA certification are required to deliver patient-centered care with compassion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Utah OT license.
• AOTA certification required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services in the home setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members.
• Help patients improve daily living and functional skills.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Respond to patient and referral needs promptly.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
