Job Juncture seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care in Billings, MT, helping patients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. This full-time role offers meaningful patient relationships and stable, day-to-day responsibilities in a home setting.

You'll assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs, coordinate with physicians, supervise assistants, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help them reach their highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
