MDS Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Billings, Montana. You will provide skilled PT services in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life.

The position emphasizes patient relationships, clear communication, and collaborative care with physicians and a care team. The role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000–$130,000 annually, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to update treatment plans.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team members about progress and care plans.

• Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
