Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Big Spring, Texas seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services across all ages, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on best practices. You will assess patients, develop and modify programs, document thoroughly, participate in discharge planning, and mentor staff while promoting a culture of quality and safety.

Candidates must hold a DPT, be licensed as a Physical Therapist, and obtain BLS certification within 90 days;

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist certification is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
