Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Enfield, CT seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and coordinating care with the team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with PRN and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients and staff.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
