Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licenses Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs, and delivering high-quality patient care. Daily tasks include evaluating patient conditions, designing treatment plans with appropriate and defensible documentation, conducting therapy sessions, and providing home care instructions. The role requires close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree
• Rehabilitation and Patient Care skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas (can be obtained once hired)
