West Bend Care in West Bend, IA, is seeking a Physical Therapist to work with inpatient and outpatient clients in a 45-bed facility. This full-time, Monday–Friday position emphasizes independent work and strong teamwork within a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality care while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians. A passion for improving patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with current state license.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient PT environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians to optimize care.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
