Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Arizona seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient PT care, supervise treatments, and develop personalized care plans for patients.

You will assess physical, mental, and emotional needs, foster meaningful patient relationships, and support recovery and progress in a collaborative post-acute care team. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Preferred inpatient rehabilitation experience.
