Banner Physical Therapy in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join a Sports Center of Excellence. This full-time role features a starting salary of $80,000+ depending on experience, a $20k sign-on bonus, and a $350/month student loan repayment program.

The clinic supports six local high schools and offers advanced equipment. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care, collaborate with clinicians, and participate in center meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Incentives: $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday with 2 evenings until 6 PM

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

This opportunity is at a Sports Center of Excellence featuring a large, open-layout clinic with advanced equipment and technology, supporting six local high schools in partnership with ATCs. Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
