Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current state PT license or eligibility to practice in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document patient care.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
