Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for a contracted physical therapist to serve clients living in or around the Austin area for home visits. This will be a contracted, part-time position.

Locations and times may vary, with services in Minnesota and surrounding areas. The agency provides home health services across age groups and offers flexible scheduling, 401(k) benefits, and ongoing training for new hires.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Current PT license to practice in Minnesota.
• REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess the patient’s current physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises in the patient’s home.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patient and family on managing physical limitations.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff to coordinate care.

Schedule: Self-determined - you can choose to set your schedule for:

• Weekdays only (Monday-Friday)
• Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) or no weekends
• Day or evening shifts

Location: On the road; locations will vary (in-person at the home(s) of client(s) living in and around the Austin area)
