Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland in Ashland, NE is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) for full-time or PRN roles. You will assess residents, create individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state PT license
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred (new grads welcome)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (nursing, OT, SLP, physicians)
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
