NCA Therapy is a trusted provider within Indiana’s First Steps early intervention program. We serve children from birth to age 3 who have developmental delays or disabilities, providing services in natural environments such as homes and day-cares. Our mission is to empower families and help young children thrive through compassionate, personalized care.

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and serve families in Madison County, specifically Anderson, IN. This is a flexible, contract-based position ideal for therapists who are passionate about early intervention and want to build a caseload that fits their availability.

• Population: Children ages 0–3 years (First Steps Program)
• Service Area: Madison County (primarily Anderson, IN)
• Caseload: Minimum of 5 children required — many more available immediately due to a growing wait-list
• Compensation: $110/hour
• Schedule: Flexible — you set your own hours and caseload

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana Physical Therapist license
• Must be enrolled or willing to enroll as a First Steps provider
• Pediatric experience preferred (especially early intervention)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with families
