• Sign on Bonus: $10,000
• Full-time days
• Salary range: $101,790 - $127,000

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function
• Conduct reexaminations (minimum every 30 days), modify interventions, and perform discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current physical therapy license for the state of employment
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (CAPTE)
• At least one year of related physical therapy experience for home health care
• CPR certification
