Your Role as a Physical Therapist
- Provide physical therapy treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient function, strength, and endurance
- Routinely assess and update care plans to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and Technicians
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the care team to support patient needs
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of observations and treatment progress
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alaska
- 2+ years of experience (preferred)
- Strong communication & time management skills
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
- Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
- CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
