Location: Anchorage, AK

Schedule: Flexible, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary: $110K - $120K per year (DOE)

What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist

As part of the Ancora Therapy Team, you will:

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily function
• Teach adaptive techniques to help patients regain independence
• Assess and recommend home modifications to enhance safety and accessibility
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Train patients on assistive and adaptive equipment
• Monitor and document patient progress toward recovery goals
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in Alaska
• 2+ years of experience (preferred)
• Strong communication & time management skills
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
• Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
• CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
