Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team on a part-time or PRN basis. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a flexible, supportive environment.

We offer up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly rates based on experience, and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. California license required.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment.
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes.
• Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery.
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors, including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this position is: $53-$61/hour.
