Job summary

Elite Physical Therapy, part of Confluent Health, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Alexandria, LA. This role offers up to a $10,500 signing bonus and about $80,000 per year plus benefits. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Louisiana.
• CPR and first aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 patient care, averaging about 40 minutes per patient.
• Diagnose and assess movement, pain, and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person (optional – only use if your brand emphasizes time spent with patients)
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Louisiana state
• CPR and first aid certification required
