Job summary

Azle SporTherapy in Texas seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient-centered care within a growing Confluent Health network. You’ll apply clinical reasoning to movement dysfunction, develop tailored plans, and use AI-assisted documentation to streamline charting.

The role offers autonomy, a diverse caseload including ortho and sports, mentorship, and access to residency/CEU programs to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice or eligibility to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction via history and exam to identify causes.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver interventions: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery with trusted guidance.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

About

Compensation: $80K-95K + Sign On Bonus of $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
