SporTherapy in Azle, part of Confluent Health, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care with clinical autonomy in a dynamic setting. Compensation: $80K-95K + Sign On Bonus of $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
