Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Uniform Security Officer in Colorado Springs to provide rapid response to emergencies and life-safety events on Walmart Campus. You will help develop and implement safety protocols, respond to alarm activations, and coordinate with internal and external partners to mitigate threats.

The role requires vigilance in delivering CPR/First Aid, maintaining compliance with PCI/OSHA/Life Safety standards, and supporting security programs across the site.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services or related field.
• Will complete and pass core components of Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of job entry date.
• Must possess a valid US Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to emergency situations including medical emergencies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, SOPs and training; ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
• Respond to alarms and intrusions, assess threats, and provide tactical life-safety responses.
• Investigate threats, support security investigations, and manage incident response.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners (law enforcement, facilities, technicians) during incidents.
