Walmart is seeking a Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security, in Bentonville, AR. You will design and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ-based identity governance, integration with Active Directory, EntraID, Workday, and cloud platforms, and lead platform hardening, monitoring, and disaster recovery.

You will balance security, reliability, and user experience while driving technical ownership and rapid delivery in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field and 3+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering in a technology/retail/data-driven company.
Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

Engineerenterprise-scale identity integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and HR and directory sources.
Build connectors, rules, workflows, and APIs for enterprise needs.
Automate identity operations via IaC and DevOps pipelines to reduce risk.
Design integrations for scalability, observability, and long-term maintainability.
Partner with platform owners and business teams to ensure secure, scalable identities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Preferred Qualifications...
