Premise Health is seeking a Physical Security Specialist for onsite work in Brentwood, TN. You will lead daily security operations, oversee access control, and coordinate with law enforcement and vendors to protect team members and premises.

You will develop policies, conduct threat assessments, and support emergency preparedness while maintaining strong communication with internal partners and facilities teams. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and effective incident management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience in physical security operations, corporate security, military, law enforcement, or a related field
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a security environment preferred
• Experience managing contract security providers or third-party security vendors preferred
• Experience working in healthcare security environments desired
• Familiarity with threat assessment, workplace violence prevention, emergency preparedness, and incident investigation practices preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, suppliers, executives, and public safety partners
• Ability to remain calm, exercise sound judgment, and respond effectively during emergencies, incidents, or high-pressure situations
• Working knowledge of access control, surveillance systems, incident reporting, security patrol procedures, and emergency response protocols
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use security technology, reporting systems, scheduling tools, and standard business applications

Mansioni

• Oversee daily physical security operations for Premise Health leased facilities, including security staffing when needed, visitor management, access control, surveillance monitoring, and response protocols.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, training materials, and operational protocols aligned with Premise Health standards and applicable legal requirements.
• Conduct routine threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments; document findings; recommend corrective actions; and track remediation through completion.
• Coordinate response to alarms, incidents, emergencies, policy violations, and other security-related events while ensuring timely documentation and escalation.
• Serve as a liaison with law enforcement, fire, EMS, security subcontractors, property management, facilities, and internal business partners.
• Support special events, executive visits, and business continuity activities by developing or coordinating security plans and coordinating appropriate coverage.
• Monitor physical security systems and equipment, identify service needs, coordinate repairs, and recommend improvements to enhance security effectiveness.
• Manage and monitor badge access system(s) across Premise leased properties.
• Review and approval of site and construction plans to ensure security standards and security systems to be consistent with Premise leased property obligations
• Physical site assessments conducted to support overall security needs are met based on Premise protocols and policies
• Travel as needed to support all physical security needs for leased properties, buildout processes and site assessments as directed by leader.
• To include travel to sites under construction to ensure all components, systems and protocols in alignment with expectations and drawings.
