Creative Artists Agency in Nashville is seeking a Global Safety & Security leader to help ensure safe operations through dynamic events. The role emphasizes physical security operations, threat management, and emergency preparedness, reporting to the Director of Global Physical Security.

The ideal candidate will manage regional security programs, collaborate with law enforcement, HR, Legal, and technology teams, and drive process improvements for security protocols and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Ten years of work experience in enterprise security, law enforcement, investigations, crisis management, or related fields.
• Strong tactical execution and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across levels and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and responsive under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage regional security programs aligned with global standards.
• Oversee security operations of regional offices and manage security vendors.
• Assess threats, document incidents, and support risk mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Tech, and other stakeholders on security initiatives.
• Lead regional crisis and incident response teams and report to leadership.
