Join Our Team as a Physical Security Coordinator at ASRC Federal

We are hiring a Physical Security Support/Coordinator to support a Navy contract at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia. The coordinator will assist in physical security, anti-terrorism force protection, and emergency management. An active Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI upgrade eligibility or an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-throughs, inspections, and surveys of facilities and SCIFs
• Prepare spaces for foreign visits
• Perform vulnerability assessments
• Run Lenel access reports
• Submit security-related work requests
• Maintain the command lock plan
• Develop standard operating procedures
• Coordinate pre-accreditation activities
• Perform other activities as outlined in the Statement of Work

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical security, anti-terrorism force protection, and emergency management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Knowledge of software applications such as Lenel Access Control system and DoD lock program
• This position requires working one of three shifts (8:00AM-4:00PM, 4:00PM-12:00AM, 12:00AM-8:00AM), including weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform physical assessments, including ladder use and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Active Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI upgrade eligibility or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• This is an on-site position

• Physical Security Certification (PSC)
• Security Fundamental Professional Certification (SFPC) from SPeD
• ICD 705 Training certificate
