Job summary

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Physical Security Analyst to join our team. This role centers on daily physical security operations, including access management, alarm system administration, and monitoring security reports across our branches.

The ideal candidate has at least an Associate's degree (or working towards a Bachelor's) and 3+ years in physical or information security, with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Occasional travel within the footprint may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of three years of combined technical education and professional experience in Physical Security and/or Information Security.
• Demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of physical security systems including access control and surveillance technologies.

• Support badge creation and access changes for employee events.
• Monitor video surveillance system availability and alerts.

Physical Security Analyst –Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Physical Security Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities will consist of being at the center of our day-to-day physical security operations—managing access and alarm system administration, reviewing security monitoring reports, responding to alerts, coordinating with security vendors, and supporting our branches and Bank personnel with security needs. The preferred location for this position is our office in Bangor, Maine however alternate locations in our footprint in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire will be considered for qualified, experienced candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and investigate daily physical security reports and real-time alerts.
• Administer employee building and alarm system access.
• Support badge creation and access changes associated with employee events.

This Physical Security Analyst role requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills:

The compensation for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. We offer a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00
