Service Credit Union is seeking a full‑time, highly motivated and detail‑oriented Physical Security Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a similar background who possesses strong organizational skills, takes initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities, and is ready to contribute on day one. The ideal candidate applies a structured, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, is solution‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour, flexible depending on experience and qualifications. Junior level candidates typically start at the lower end of the range, with opportunities for growth as skills develop.

Location: This position is an onsite position. Candidate must be located within 60 miles of the NH Seacoast area.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and performance of video surveillance and alarm systems
• Review and investigate after‑hours alarms or video system issues
• Process and review security incident reports, conducting follow‑up actions or investigations as required
• Manage, support, and troubleshoot access control systems
• Troubleshoot security system issues as they arise
• Coordinate with external vendors for security software support or equipment troubleshooting
• Perform branch visits and security reviews annually
• Conduct physical security training with employees
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures for employee change requests, issue tracking, compliance reviews, and related tasks
• Act as backup for Security Desk and Courier as required
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
• Perform other duties as assigned
