Responsibilities

Maintains operation and maintenance of all Physical Plant equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum Experience: Two (2) years in a related field, including practical knowledge of boilers, chillers, commercial air handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, pneumatic controls, DDC controls, refrigeration equipment, and building energy management systems.
• Licensure/Certifications: Current 4th class National Power Engineers license or 4th class Georgia Power Engineers license (accepting 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class in lieu). EPA Universal Refrigeration Certificate required.
• Additional Qualifications: Valid Georgia driver’s license and adherence to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program preferred.
