Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on a range of medical center systems, including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot the pneumatic tube system and manage facilities in off-hours, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment; troubleshooting pneumatic tube system; perform routine vehicle maintenance and assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours.
