Position Title

Physical, Personnel, Special, and Industrial Security Specialist

Key Role:

Conduct Security Support, including Physical, Personnel, Special, Special Access Program (SAP), and Industrial Security Support. Act as a Physical, Personnel, Special, SAP, and Industrial Security Specialist to assist, monitor, and advise on all aspects of security related activities. Plan and assist in implementation of security activities at collateral Top Secret and SCI eligibility to ensure USSOCOM personnel, including military, civilians, and contractors, and all supported tenants organizations are prepared to operate in nontraditional environments to perform critical contingency tasks. Develop written approaches and methodologies with regard to security proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 + years of experience with Physical, Personnel, and Special Security within DoD or government agencies
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures, including National Industrial Security Program Supplement and DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience at the operational level
• Bachelor's degree
• ASM or SSR Certification

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
