Job Overview

Sanford Health’s Physical Medicine & Rehab Department is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Physiatrist to join a team of 3 physiatrists and 3 advanced practice providers in Fargo, ND.

Practice Details

• Clinic-based practice with hospital consults across the Children's Hospital (NICU, Peds, PICU) with outreach opportunities.
• Support for Peds Coordinated Treatment Centers diagnosing Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Neurodevelopmental disorders, Myelodysplasia, and Cerebral Palsy.
• Procedural support including Botox with nitrous, propofol, and moderate sedation in collaboration with ARU staff and anesthesia.
• Rehab services at Sanford Health South University Medical Center, a 21-bed CARF-accredited unit serving adolescents and adults in general rehab and brain injury.
• Call schedule: one in four weekends.
• Region’s only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
