Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Austin is seeking a Physical Design Engineer to join the Analog Backend team working on digital island implementation within analog chips. You will tackle complex physical design challenges in mixed-signal environments, driving floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and verification to optimize performance and reliability.

• Analog Layout experience is a plus.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is €39,000–€52,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate’s skill set. This role is also eligible for a bonus.
