Job summary

St. Louis Children’s Hospital is seeking a Physical Activity Tech to work closely with Physical Therapists and clinicians, supporting patient treatment and care. The role includes assisting with routine tasks, safe patient transport, and helping organize charts and education materials.

  • Inputs rehab charges, prepares charts, charge sheets and other documentation required for treatment, and creates, complies, maintains and organizes patient handouts and other departmental reports.

St. Louis Children's Hospital has a full-time opening for a Physical Activity Tech. Our techs work alongside Physical Therapist and other clinicians to help our young patients reach their goals!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30PM; 1 weekend day every other month; 1-2 holidays per year

Role Purpose

Provides routine, non skilled patient treatments as prescribed by the physician and directed by the licensed therapist or therapist assistant. Assists in maintaining inventory of supplies, forms and organizing the clinical environment for safe and effective patient care.
