Directorship Position with a $150,000 stipend and potential earnings up to $700,000, located between Milwaukee & Green Bay, Coastal Living.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000
• Directorship Stipend

About the Facility

• Adult Only, 36-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Specialty support includes Neurosurgery, Neurology, Trauma/Critical Care, Medical and Surgical Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Pain, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Nephrology

Responsibilities Include

1. Attend team conferences covering regulatory, clinical, and pharmaceutical aspects regarding medications, patient safety, and quality of care.
2. Collaborate with medical executive committee and review KPIs & discharges.
3. Focus on general physical medicine and rehabilitation, managing patients with long-term functional limitations.
4. Perform procedures such as disc decompression, prolotherapy, and vertebroplasty.
5. Lead a team of medical professionals including physical and occupational therapists.
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
7. Provide patient and family counseling.
8. Additional procedural opportunities include botulinum toxin injections, baclofen pump management, and EMGs. Outpatient clinics available for EMGs and Botox.
