• Clinical Details: Outpatient clinic sessions for spasticity patients, including botox treatment, spinal cord injury management, general MSK PM&R, and EMG studies
• Call: Yes, one weekend per month
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: RN and MA support for clinic-based activities; no supervision required

Requirements:

• Board Certified in PM&R (American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation)
• Active VT License
• BLS
• Experience with botox for spasticity management required; electrodiagnostic and joint injections preferred
