The role of the physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist is key in the growth and quality of care a patient receives. You will work collaboratively with primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, physical and occupational therapists to enhance each patient's stay, by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and regain their quality of life.

This facility is a 46-bed inpatient rehab facility specializing in bariatric, pulmonary, neurological, stroke, orthopedic, and spinal cord rehab.

Role Overview

• Flexible, full-time 5 day/week schedule
• Inpatient rehab facility setting
• On-call during the day Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

• Conduct consultation visits on high complexity acute rehab patients
• Diagnose patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment and care plans
• Collaborate with APCs to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care
• Build and maintain productive, mutually beneficial relationships with patients and facility partners

Who We Are Looking For

• Board eligible/board certified PM&R physician (preferred)
• Board certified internal medicine (IM)/family medicine (FM) physician with acute rehabilitation experience
• An active Pennsylvania license

This opportunity offers great earning potential. Compensation is productivity-based (Fee for Service). The estimated salary range is $192,000 to $230,000 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role.
