Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or eligible physiatrist
• Inpatient rehab facility
• Four physicians in the market
• Shared call of 1:4
• See 18-20 patients per day
• Group has a compliance program
• Medical director position available, as well, if desired

Organization Information:

• Nationwide physiatry group
• Physicians are typically employed as W2
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Full-time providers make a guaranteed $150,000 per year
• Once you meet the company’s bonus structure, you get 70% of the billings
