Are you a physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician interested in growing your career? On our rehabilitation medicine team, you will work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary team to enhance each patient's inpatient rehabilitation stay. Your main role as the attending physiatrist is to work with the primary care team in providing a holistic approach to care considering medical conditions, function, and pain with the goal of helping patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct consultation visits on high complexity acute rehab patients
• Diagnose patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment and care plans
• Collaborate with the PM&R team of physicians and IDT to deliver high quality rehabilitation care
• Build and maintain productive, mutually beneficial relationships with our patients and facility partners

Who We Are Looking For

• Board eligible/board certified PM&R physician physiatrist (preferred)
• Board certified internal medicine (IM)/family medicine (FM) physician with acute rehabilitation experience
• An active Connecticut license

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $255,000 to $306,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
