Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist to join a regional healthcare system in Rutland, Vermont. The role blends outpatient musculoskeletal care, neuro-rehabilitation, EMG/NCS, and inpatient rehabilitation consults within a collaborative team.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R
- Active Vermont medical license or eligibility
- Active DEA and CSR licenses
- Interest in spine, sports medicine, or stroke rehab welcome
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal and neurological conditions non-surgically
- Perform EMG/NCS, joint and soft tissue injections, ultrasound-guided procedures
- Oversee inpatient rehabilitation consults and functional recovery plans
- Lead interdisciplinary care conferences with therapy and nursing staff
- Manage regimens, prescribe DME, coordinate post-acute care
- Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR
- Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
