Job summary

Southcoast Health seeks a skilled Urgent Care physician to join our team in Fairhaven, MA. Responsibilities include treating pediatric and adult patients across a broad range of illnesses and injuries, with procedures such as sutures, I&D, fracture reductions and splinting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current state medical license and DEA registration.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have a documented exemption.

Responsibilities

• Treat a spectrum of illnesses and injuries in pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform GYN exams and minor procedures including sutures, I&D, reductions and splinting of fractures.

Position Overview

Southcoast Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician to join our esteemed Urgent Care team. The successful candidate will contribute to our tradition of practice excellence and play a pivotal role in advancing patient care in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be qualified to treat a spectrum of illnesses and injuries for pediatric and adult patient population.
• A broad range of clinical skills is required including GYN exams and minor office procedures including sutures, I&D, reduction and splinting of fractures and dislocations
